After payment of the prototype fee, we will produce a sample for review. Proofing will be carried out using images or a physical sample (additional charges may apply for sample shipment).

Your order will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of at least 50% of the quoted amount. Once payment is confirmed, we will arrange materials and begin production.

Production lead time varies depending on the specifications and quantity, but is typically 4–8 weeks.

Your order will be shipped after the remaining balance has been paid.
